Appoints seasoned sales and marketing leaders to advance ambitious expansion plans
Peter Coulson, Vice-President, APAC – Peter’s career spans over 25 years in the Asia Pacific region, where he has successfully developed and expanded the businesses of several Fortune 500 multinationals including Salesforce, IBM, Oracle and ADP. His expertise in enterprise software solutions is complemented by in-depth domain knowledge working with organizations in the financial services and insurance, e-commerce, healthcare and government sectors, as well as channel ecosystems. .
Augustin du Payrat, Regional Vice-President, ASEAN – Du Payrat is spearheading Talkdesk’s growth across the South East region, helping organizations digitally transform their customer journeys by leveraging artificial intelligence, automation and omnichannel capabilities. His previous experience includes two decades of strategic leadership roles in the contact center technology industry, leading rapidly growing organizations and introducing and supporting innovation in key industries, such as financial services and insurance, telecommunications, travel, government and energy.
Patrick Micallef, Regional Director, ANZ – Micallef joins Talkdesk, a leader in go-to-market activities across all customer segments in Australia and New Zealand. He brings 20 years of experience in the information technology and telecommunications industry to his role, driving the growth of multinational organizations across ANZ, APAC and Europe. Micallef has been particularly successful in providing cloud-based solutions to large corporate clients in the financial services and insurance, utilities and government industries.
Andrew Antal, Marketing Manager, APAC – With over 20 years of experience launching disruptive technologies in the APAC region, Antal brings to Talkdesk a rich set of startup and hyper-growth expertise. Most recently, he was the Marketing Manager for Salesforce’s Cloud Marketing and Retail / Ecommerce suite of products, working with Marketing Directors and Customer Experience Managers to digitize their customer engagement channels. Prior to that, he led the launches of two startups, which resulted in multi-billion dollar acquisitions.
