Thursday, September 2, 2021 at 2:38 pm Press release: BNZ
The Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) announced today that starting September 1, it will waive contactless debit fees for eligible SMBs.
BNZ Director, Customer, Products & Services, Dan Huggins, says: “The end of contactless fees will support our small and medium-sized business customers as the country shifts to more contactless operations and help reduce uncertainty at this crucial moment.
“The fee waiver will be automatic for SME customers with a monthly seller’s turnover of less than $ 50,000 and will last until the end of October.
“We want to offer our customers as much confidence as possible and we are working hard to give New Zealanders the help they need,” says Huggins.
BNZ supports its business clients by blocking COVID-19 in many ways, including Payclip waiver until September 30, temporary overdrafts, trade credit extensions, asset financing, fast online loans up to $ 100,000 with QuickBiz, rescheduling periods loans, interest-only options on a case-by-case basis, as well as specialized low-interest loans from Good to Grow BNZ.
